  • Pain Assessment – iPhysio only collect information about your symptoms, we do not collect personal information that could identify you.
  • Payment information – iPhysio use Stripe to process payments and Gumroad to serve digital content. Information collected, including your email address, is primarily for transaction-related purposes only. We may also use your email address to solicit feedback on our service.
  • Sign up – iPhysio will use your email address to send you relevant information. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of the email. We will never share your email address with any third parties.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information mostly for payment purposes only. Unless you specifically provide your email address through the sign-up form we will never use your payment information for marketing purposes. We will never share your email address with any third parties.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. An SSL certificate is installed to safeguard your data and payments are processed using Stripe secure payments.

Stripe payments are secured by TLS, a higher grade of security than SSL, with 128-bit encryption and using modern SHA2 cyphers.

Payments are processed using PCI Compliant service providers.
